Please see the Gate Access tab for the form to fill out to trade in your stickers for a remote.  We need a picture of your sticker(s) and a copy of the form.  Please email to bob.stanton@live.com , we will program your remote(s) and advise when the can be picked up in the HOA.

Additional remotes can be purchased for the same price of the stickers, $35.  Please use the Remote Only form on the Gate Access Tab and send your check to Kingdom Management made out to Coastal Oaks Owners Assoc. and we will make arrangements for you to receive a remote.

***Please point the remote button end toward the call box and click as you would a garage door opener.  The unit should operate 20-30 feet away from the call box and open the gates.
